Sample Chest Workouts
To exercise the chest (pectoral muscles), we recommend the following sample workout for beginners:
- Flat Bench Dumbbell Press: 3 sets X 10-15 repetitions
- Incline Bench Dumbbell Press: 3 sets X 10-15 repetitions
- Decline Bench Dumbbell Press: 3 sets X 10-15 repetitions
- Pec Deck: 3 sets X 10-15 repetitions
