My name is Kimm Winn. I am a wife, homemaker and a mother of two teenage daughters, yet I still find time to be a dedicated National Level Body Building Competitor. I have been competing for three years and I'm working my way to achieving my Pro-Card. I have been in personal training for the past two years at Iron Bodies Gym under Larry Brown and Dave Pereira.
I am an accomplished and intense personal trainer/fitness trainer for men, women and teens. Whether your goal is to shed some excess bodyfat or pack on some quality muscle, come see me at my facility in Costa Mesa. Don't get taken at one of the larger health clubs! I bring my courageous spirit and broad knowledge to my training. My goal and commitment to you is to get you in the best and healthiest shape in an enjoyable environment. My workouts are fun yet intense. The workouts include weights, circuit training, toning, cardio drills and cardio machines.
